Securitization Profitability Maximization

The securitization profitability maximization service is offered to companies raising capital through securitization. Rating agencies and banks are limited in the amount of resources they can dedicate to obtaining data beyond what is readily available from the issuer. Asset Technologies works with rating agencies and banks to pursue any additional data that will allow them to remove otherwise onerous modeling assumptions from their analysis. This leads to improved economics for the issuer through:

• Reduced OC/subordination requirements
• Improved tranche ratings (lower coupons)
• Reduced reserve account requirements

Asset Technologies fee is based on a percentage of the additional value realized by the issuer. If there is no improvement in the economics of the transaction then the service is free.
